Grief Alchemy

There are times when we enter a portal of grief. Where grief calls us into the depths of our being to release and transform. In these liminal spaces, who we thought we were is dissolving. It’s a profound opportunity to let go of subconscious patterns of fear, constriction, reactivity, and trauma. To surrender into our own becoming, allowing the Spirit to guide the way. Through grieving, the heavy lead of pain, loss, and trauma becomes the radiant gold of your soulful aliveness more fully embodied.

In this deeper work with grief we take time to go slower into the depths together. Making space to allow your grief to move. Apprenticing with grief, listening to the ways it’s calling you home.

This work is for you if:

  • You feel called to soul crafting, transforming the raw experiences of grief and using them to shape and create your sense of self, way of being, and life from your Essence

  • You choose to use your most challenging experiences to grow you into more aliveness, creativity, and purpose

These sessions are focused on opening to grief in the ways that are natural and instinctive to your particular Being. I hold space for us to listen to and follow the feral and specific ways your being innately knows how to meet grief. I offer somatic, meditative, ritual, and practical explorations to develop the capacity to stay present and coherent as grief arises in day to day life. Together we play in the realms of the liminal, moving through the unknown with grief as our guide.

Empowered Living Grief Work comes in 6 session packages. They are 75-90 mins long and I am available to support by text/voice memo outside of our time together. During these 6 weeks heartwork is offered between sessions to slowly and gently build the skills required to open to and be with grief. The elements and the natural world are a core theme of the sessions and heartwork.
